![]() I am perfectly willing to accept the return, she does not want to return the boots and even said it was a "hassle" for her to mail them back to me. In one she says "in order to give positive feedback I need you to give some of my money back" and in the other she says "i've never had to give a seller negative feedback before". In two messages she gives veiled threats of negative feedback. Please note that this law is not addressing feedback extortion. ![]() I told her if she's unhappy, she can return them, I'm not agreeing to give a partial refund. This is an unfortunate flaw in eBay's feedback system. Once the buyer received the boots, she sent me a few messages saying that my description of the boots and facts about the boots are inaccurate (lies) but she is willing to keep the boots if I discount the price even further. Pictures in the listing were numerous and very clear and there was an informative description in the original listing. While boots were in transit, the buyer continued asking quesitons about the boots, and even seemed hostile and interrogative about one of the details of the boots. ![]() I offered to cancel the sale because buyer seemed unsure about wanting the boots after I accpeted the offer and I would rather cancel and relist than have to deal with an unhappy buyer and inevitable returns. ![]() These policies apply to buyers and sellers alike. The buyer delayed payment and asked me all quesitons about the boots after the best offer was accepted, never asked about the details of the boots before offering. eBay has strict policies regarding using feedback as leverage. I sold a pair of used boots with best offer accepted. ![]()
